I bought the extended warranty to ensure that I wouldn't face any issues when it comes to maintenance. I contacted the service manager to schedule an appointment for the repairs covered by the extended warranty. The manager confirmed three times that my warranty had expired. As a client, I had to contact Nissan Canada and inform them about the issue. Not happy at all. Dealt with Ali. Purchased a used car and told us it would be detailed at time of pick up. When we picked up the car he said he got it washed and it was left filthy on the inside. Asked Ali why it wasn't detailed and the reply was ( that's not what I said). Quit dishonest. Be careful!!!!!!

I have 2021 Nissan Qaskai, had some technical issues with my car had to bring in for repair. It is still under the basic warranty . When service department took appointment and clearly mentioned there will be 149 deposit for checking. I wouldn't even consider to bring it in. I went several other Nissan dealers for repair weren't asking for any deposit for payment. Just simply waisted my time and gas. If serviceman try to charge for the reason beyond my knowledge ? My advisor Veronica was awesome but when I got the paperwork after my visit, I found out my car was ready at 13:22 but I was called (in the waiting room) at 14:40. I was only swapping tires! This is unacceptable!

I had the unfortunate experience of trying to purchase a vehicle at this dealership which included my trade-in vehicle and got nothing but the run around from the financial Services Manager Salil Bhatia. I received an instant Trade In value from Auto Trader where the vehicle was listed by the dealership, but when I asked about a trade in appraisal based on the instant value offer he asked for more detailed information on my trade which I provided for him. I am being terrible harassed by the dealership 401 Nissan I traded my 2015 Nissan Versa in 2019 the transaction was cleared after Nissan charging me an amount , after 2 yrs I am getting a letter from the collection agency that I have to pay an amount of $4645.97. Terrible customer service. They had my truck for 2 months waiting for a part. I could never get a hold of anyone in service. Finally reached out to General Manager then Service Manager. They found a way finally to get part. I asked, not offered, for at least a car detailing as I waited so long. Of course, my truck took an extra day because they were busy with others. Promises always broken

Four appoints to have a Technical Service Bulletin issue on my Nissan Rogue addressed. The first visit Dixie Nissan denied there was a problem, stated they checked for TSBs and found nothing. I wasn't convinced and did my own research, found the TSB and printed it out for them. They said that they had located the TSB and were going to get back to me? They keep mixing up records with cars we use to own. We had our winter tires just put on and we got a new text to have our winter tires put on again! Very poor record keeping and unorganized.
