CHEATED Worst experience I have ever got from any dealership. You are lied to straight on your face. I got my second hand car 2013 Toyota Corolla from Nissan 401 Dixie in March 2019. Slowly I realised the alignment was off. I went back in and they fixed it but in a few days it got worse but I was over my 1 month so if Nissan had to do it they would charge. Business culture based on lying I already made up my mind when I went to purchase my vehicle, it was not the sale’s person efforts. I was told by the salesperson (Richard) and sales manager at the day that the car will be ready by end of that week. I was also told by the fiancé manager the same. Very poor service and cheap parts I have nissan murano 2017 platinum and within 2 yrs have faced so many issues with it . Within first year my car front seat heat motors blew up And in few months seat belt latch was broken what a poor ppastic quality they used to sell this 50k car to me. Liar and cheater Worst experience ever. Sales manager Zubair Razi and salesman Ajay both were involved. They called me to come and see the car. over the phone they confirmed the car had clean car proof and no structural damages. Disappointing! The whole point about writing this detailed piece is to make other people aware of the below par service we went through so that others bear it in mind when deciding to buy and deal with Nissan at Dixie in the future. My wife and I financed a Nissan Rogue 2016 model from Nissan Dixie.
