Terrible communication We treaded a vehicle and weren't explained exactly pricing on vehicle as well as when asked about interest we were told 1.99 and then got totally something different. The communication between customer and dealerships is terrible and while you are there yup feel like they are doing you a favour by helping you. Worst car purchasing experience ever I bought a new 2017 Rogue from them and as part of the sales agreement it was supposed to come with winter tires and a trailer hitch. After agreeing to the price they tried to deliver the winter tires not on rims. I caught this mistake and they rectified it but they never installed the TPMS sensors. They claim they were unable to obtain a trailer hitch when they delivered a vehicle and said they would install it at a later date. The different Before closing the deal and after The sales people are sooo nice before closing the deal but once you close the deal and you wanted anythin after they start show you the second face , no respect , everything default , the sound of the emails before start with hi or dear but after that directly to the subject. Over all i dont see them professional sales people , they just want to do sales without any customer service.
Do not buy from 401 Dixie - Service useless It is going to be a year (Feb 2017) and still they have not fixed my windshield issue. I have had more than 10 visits just to find a permanent solution. This was not done Free of Cost, I paid for it. They give it a 3rd party Flash Auto Glass in North York and they screw it up every time .
Highly disappointed since i bought a new vehicle till date Highly disappointing experience right from day 1 since purchasing the brand new vehicle from them in 2014 oct. poor and untruthful sales and shop services Top to bottom, all people at some degree untruthful and cheaters. Never go to this dealership if you don't have a desire to waste your hard earned money. Dealt with ten people, waste almost two month and hundreds work hours. Car cost me more then double the price, considering all facts, did not worth at all.
Bought new vehicle Bought new car from them on Saturday and was told that I will get the approval and vin number by Monday and the vehicle will be ready for pickup by Wednesday. Didn't hear anything from them whole day Monday and in the evening they were not even taking my calls.
Worst customer service Visited 401 dixie to check SUV. Olympio Fernandes..Sale guy he ruined my evening. Instead of answering my queries he asking me to buy from somewhere else....he was even not willing to give any proper reply. He told me if you wanna buy now I will give you information or I can not.... don't waste your time with this crooks.
