Worst New Car purchase Worst experience ever purchasing a new Car, should have looked up the reviews before. As others have indicated, you are treated like gold until you sign and then you will be ignored. If you want to deal with this dealership you better pay attention to your rights and make sure you read the contract very carefully before you sign, recommend you read it outside of the dealership.
WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DONT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE, SERVICE MANAGER AND HIS ADVISORS WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND... It took them four months to fixed a warranty issue
no explanation what caused the damage Service manager is too cocky and arrogant. I won't go again, I was hoping to get a logical explanation about what caused the dent, only answer given was human error, which was no way.
Poor Customer Service Recently bought new vehicle from here. Salesperson was very uninformative. Didnt know anything. Never followed up once. I had to close the deal with GM, Sales Manager, then i dealt with leasing manager, then assistant sales manager and finally finance manager. Dishonest This review is well overdue from February. Not an optimal experience. I spent a few hours there. Felt like it was a funny drama acting job and their sales manager didn't want to earn my business obviously. I was promised by 2 managers Nabeel and Ivana gas cards for coming to their show room from out of town. Told I was a cheap person Went to this showroom with my wife and kid tried to get a good deal with buy back, to replace her Toyota Matrix 2008 @70.000 kms good condition, Received an offer like they wanted to dupe me and take this car for free. On the offer received I also mentioned the monthly premium was too high, she said she would speak to the manager. Horrible Experience and WORST dealership! STAY AWAY After purchasing two cars through this dealership, you would expect quality service and improved care. The customer service within this dealership was atrocious. I sent my vehicle in saying that there was an issue with my ignition switch and told there was no issue it was my battery.
