They don't know what customer service means. Firstly, I bought my Nissan from this location in 2011. My experiences prior to this were mostly positive. The maintenance is expensive, but I understand that it's a dealership and it's normal. I booked my maintenance appointment 2 weeks ago to ensure that I got a loaner for the day. A group of liars that cover each other! STAY AWAY Purchased a vehicle at 401 Dixie Nissan, was surprised when I peeled away the brand new plastic to only find 2 dents on the car. Sent in another secret shopper the next day where he intact did get a better price on the exact vehicle. Waste of time Came to this dealership with a car in mind and the maximum price I'm willing to pay for it. These guys wasted almost 3 hours of my time saying they can get me the price I'm willing to pay and at the end proposing asking almost double. All this time they were just leaving me for 20-30 min each time to talk with their manager. They have absolutely no respect for their customers!!!

Extreamly rude and selfish They will be very nice and friendly as you go over there for service once your vehicle is in picture will change and they will become rude and selfish. I have confirmed with the person at service counter how much time they need to done required work on my vehicle and they said 2 hours. Agreed to buy a new Rogue on Friday Aug 2. The color was not in stock but would be available by "next Friday, worst case scenario". No phone call by late Thursday so I called to enquire. Several calls were needed to reach the salesperson and business manager. No-one knew anything about availability and really didn't want to take ownership of the situation. Clearly 401 Dixie Nissan has enough business that they don't care about customers. Having confirmed and gone through the whole process of financing etc of the new car; no one followed up with me. No one called, I had to keep calling to check as if it was my job and Nissan was doing a favor dealing with me. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism and the rude dealings of the staff including the managers who do not want to help one bit. greg was super person tried to help. the manager terrible,toyota list $7500.not this price. but over $9000. be very carefull dealing with the manager, buyers beware.i would not recommend anyone to deal with him.more axcuses than solutions dealing with this character.
Being their customer for 10 years and noticed that service deteriorated dramatically in the last few years. The last straw was today when I took my car to fix some problem with the air-condition's fan, i came to pick it up at the end of the day only to find that the air-conditioning knob has been broken!
