Pathetic service team Wait time , responsibility or otherwise is below par in the service centre. I will not receommend this dealership soleley for poor service dept. Have written detailed feedback to GM. Hope it is taken seriuosly.
Dealership took $10,000 payments & did not account for them This dealership was as bad as it could get: - they kept in the dealership for three hours on final delivery - they did not set up our maintenance package and no dealerships could see it on their system - everytime I went to the dealership to make a payment, they complained that the deal we agreed to (make payments by credit card) was not normal and was an inconvenience to them - they took $10,000 in payments and did not account for them nor did they send in to Nissa... read more
Very unprofessional service centre Service department here is nothing but a disaster unit. Stepped into the centre at 9.58am for a scheduled oil change and finally done at 12.35pm. Things happened in between are worth to describe. Upon arrival service consultant told me that service will take between 60-90 minutes to complete. Very poor management. I went in for an oil change and tire swap. I am a regular customer and i drive a 350z. They ruined all 4 of my rims during the tire swap and agreed to refinish them which im still waiting to get done. Appointment to buy a car I had an appointment to potential buy a car. I arrived there, I had to wait for the sales person 25mins, because he was with someone else. Then he didn’t explain the car to me, instead he asked me if I have any questions!!! Then when it was time to test drive the car, the car was filthy. Bad finance department Without any description of the price of the car (including the total price, warranty and how much it would come to after tax), the person in charge of the financing for our car made us sign the paper. Later on, when we found out that he charged us more than he showed us before, we asked him to cancel our purchase because he hadn’t informed us of the total price of the car and he responded by yelling and insisting that since we signed that we had to pay and didn’t even offer a cancelation fee. Transmission This is the worst Nissan service ever! Recently dropped my Nissan Altima off to have the transmission replaced which was under warranty, only to realize that in a few months that the transmission they put in was a remanufactured transmission which is now defective and the car is no longer driveable. They knew the warranty would expire and that I would have to pay full price for parts/labor with them again to fix. Which is why a faulty product was put in in the first place. Liars, sneaky car sales men This dealership is very sneaky in how they handle and manage their affairs. I would advise anyone to be weary of ever doing any sort of business with anyone at this dealership. They pull back handed moves, and will lie to you to cover things up. I would not recommend this dealership, this place needs to be looked at closely.
