Overall a good dealership that I am happy to deal with. Our salesperson is Firdosh. He treated us well. I go in with a price I have in mind to purchase the Pathfinder. No need to test the car, no need to explain anything. We go right into price negotiation. It was sad that his manger won't accept the verbal negotiation, so Firdosh has to spent 1/2 hour to handwritten an offer with all details about trade in, price, color etc.. in a blank piece of paper, photocopy my license and current car ownership; which I think it is comp... read more
Friendly Salesreps Olympio Fernandes provided me with all the information I required about the vehicle I was interested in buying. There was no pressure to sign a sales contract. He took me on a test drive, showed me all the features of the vehicle and honestly answered all my questions about the vehicle. He pointed out the good and not so good features. New sales Nisaan Altima Dealt with Firdosh ...he was great.From the moment I entered the dealership he listened and executed . I was well looked after ...there was a delay in receiving car but they provided with a loner car for that period ..Great job
Recently purchased a used 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. Ala was excellent, very helpful, explained everything and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated being treated as a person and not a sales target! He listened and did NOT push. Pricing was reasonable and fair given the popularity of this make/model. Try to get in touch with the sales manager in order to get a good deal. I had hard time with a salesperson but once the manager was in loop, it went very smoothly
I went in for a routine 6 month service (summer tire swap on rims with TPMS and an oil change) after being quoted $170 + tax over the phone. When I arrived, they started adding extra charges, including a $75 TPMS fee and other add‑ons that pushed the total close to $400. I wasn’t willing to pay that much for a routine service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. ******Had to give 1 star just to post this review—otherwise not deserved****** This dealership takes your money and disappears. Issues were acknowledged but never properly fixed, service records were misleading, and warranty promises changed every visit. Zero accountability, zero transparency. Buy elsewhere.
They have, by far, the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff are unprofessional in every way.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the location for 3 days to have them register my extended warranty that they did not do. I'm very frustrated at the quality of service.
