Sales Person My sales person explained all the items regarding my car prices. He does not remember my name which is something he should work harder at and make sure he get accurate contact information. He is very nice but needs to ensure he is more detail in his work.

Gary Brown Gary knew I was looking at the 2013/14 Avalon for at least three months, but he never attempted to pressure me or push the sale in any way. New leasing experience Staff very helpful as I saw 3 gentlemen to complete my leasing decision. First time went for test drive and found Lance and Dave very helpful and not pushy which means a lot to me. A fair deal and great customer service. I purchased a new Highlander from Gary Brown from Whitby Toyota. The negotiation process was painless with us reaching a deal with a minimum amount of back and forth. I was happy with the discount and amount agreed upon for my trade. The vehicle had to be ordered and Gary kept me informed of the progress. Given my experience with Gary I would recommend Whitby Toyota.
