Puchase of 2017 Highlander Hybrid Gary Brown helped us through each stage of the purchasing process and did a detailed turnover to us when the vehicle was ready, He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make himself available when it fit with our schedule. Great experience We just purchased our new Highlander from Gary Brown at Whitby Toyota. Great experience Gary is vey knowledgeable, took the time to explain all the financing options. Gave us the space to consider all our options. When we picked up the vehicle, Gary took the time to go through all the features and offered us assistance at any time. Shawn is the man to see...!!!! We just bought a used 2015 RAV4 from Shawn and I can honestly say it was our best experience ever buying a vehicle. Shawn was very patient with us and answered a ton of questions as we tested multiple vehicles. After settling on the RAV4, Shawn made it an effortless ordeal and we couldn't be happier. Not stressful - J and S Gary Brown - it's like chatting with a friend. He's open, he's knowledgeable. Most importantly, he listens to your comments and answers your concerns.
