Excellent service...friendly employees I was treated with respect and courteously. I picked my new car up on December 23, 2016. The dealership closed for holidays at 2pm but I was unable to arrive before 1:30. Gary was very thorough and did not rush to explain any details of the paperwork or the car. Even though it was past closing time I felt confident that I was not being rushed. I would definitely recommend Gary to family and friends.

Lease details fully explained, no problems. Excellent attention was provided by Gary, friendly but always very professional. All details of my lease were fully explained and understandable. There was no rush to settle the lease, I was given lots of time and opportunity to think things through, lots of time for test driving. And everyone I came in contact with was courteous and helpful.

Andrew is the best! I purchasehased a RAV4 from Andrew. He is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the car. He really cares about the customer and it shows. He helped us coordinating with the business manager to get financing on the car. He is meticulous in explaining everything to us when we picked up the car. He sent an email to my daughter to explain some features as our English is not very good. He even followed up a week after we picked up the car to see if everything is good. Excellent service and very detailed with info. As I pulled up to the dealership on Saturday morning Could already see as I drove in my nice new RAV4 Hybrid parked in the front. As soon as I went to look at it Mr. Brown came our the showroom doors and welcomed me to the dealer. Detailed paper work very clear and explains all costs clearly, after paper work was done he took me outside to show and explain all the safety features the RAV4 has. Gary Brown, Excellent customer service start to finish. I recently had an accident, and my 2009 Rav 4 Limited was sadly written off.
