AWSOME friendly service Shawn was so patient in putting my deal together while I was waiting for my money to come through...He even called a few days prior to my having the money and told me the truck was all ready and waiting for me. AWSOME job for me Shawn..many thanks...after three weeks of driving it --it is a great truck....

Great service all-round John Lee was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we understood all the factors in leasing our new Toyota Corolla IM. He picked us up to take us to the Toyota dealer in the am and made sure our new car was ready to go. Fantastic!!

Excellent professional delivery of our new 2017 Camry The whole Staff/ Personnel were well informed and knowledgeable on the product, Parts & Service they offer. All the person we dealt with were very polite and offered to help. The delivery of our new Car was done by S. Carmichael and was very patient in explaining all the new Electronic and Navigation system . This really help us as Seniors to understand the new features and all. Lease Return & New Lease Returned my leased Tundra and leased a new 4Runner. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful; however, had to wait between 1/2 hour and 1 hour before receiving some attention. It was a Saturday so understandably it was busy but I showed up at the time requested. Didn't get exactly the model or colour I wanted but the dealership was quick to acquire the vehicle that was available.

Once again, a wonderful experience. We just completed the lease of a new vehicle with Whitby Toyota. This is the third time Gary has worked with us to secure the vehicle of our choice. As always, it was a pleasure to deal with Gary. No high-pressure sales tactics, just find the right vehicle for your needs and provide a full demonstration of it's features before you drive off. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was very friendly. I would recommend Whitby Toyota to anyone.
