2017 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition Shawn McCallum was very Accommodating and was will to take his time and listen to me and provide feedback on any questions I had. The only thing I would recommend is that Toyota provide some type of gift or free upgrade like snow tires to a customer who just spent 60K+.

Outstanding customer service I recently bought a vehicle from Whitby Toyota and Gary Brown provided me the best buying experience. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. excellent experience On January 4th we purchased a new toyota camry from Whitby Toyota. We dealt with the product advisor Steve Stoddard. He provided an exceptional experience, very knowledgeable, friendly, and at no time pressured us into a sale. We would recommend that anyone going to Whitby Toyota to ask for Steve, he really cares. We also found the other staff pleasant and friendly and just a great atmosphere at this dealership. Really enjoying the new camry. Bravo Steve! Glen & Sue

Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased my first car through Whitby Toyota. The salesman I bought through was Shawn McCallum. The customer service was phenomenal. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was fast and efficient as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Positive, Excellent Experience Just before Christmas we purchased a 2016 Highlander and Gary Brown was the excellent salesperson that we dealt with. Awesome This was the first time that I was going to purchase a new car. I was scared. From the time I entered the door the staff were warm and helpful. They put me at ease and patiently answered questions that I had. Which helped to clarify concerns I had. There was no pressure to purchase and was allowed the time to think and return for a test drive.

Just purchased my first brand new car! I just picked up my very first brand new car (2017 Toyota Corolla LE) from Whitby Toyota and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great After Sales Service on Pre-Owned There were a couple of minor but annoying issues with the six year old Prius I purchased, requiring not one, but two return visits. Although they should have been fixed on the first visit, they were professional and made sure I was satisfied, and I would recommend them.
