Easiest car buy I've ever experienced I went in having done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I should pay. Dealing with John Lee was very enjoyable. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he never once pushed any additional accessories or warranties that I didn't want. Excellent saleman

Gary Brown is the best I have dealt with Gary Brown now for over 10 years and have leased several cars from him. He is the best car salesperson I have worked with. As an example, he won't let me be foolish and get a car that is beyond my needs and budget. We always take a couple of hours to work through the numbers on a couple of variations of cars (we lease two vehicles from Whitby Toyota) keeping in mind my overall budget. Great team John Lee and Keith Kelly, My RAV4 2012 lease was to expire by April 2017. I had the chance to deal with John Lee from Whitby Toyota, who explained to me all the best options I have, and left me the freedom to make my choice. 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Upgrade Package. This is my 2nd Taco bought from this dealership...I leased 2011 and had a fantastic experience through the lease period. New Corolla Purchase I went into the dealership to inquire about getting out of a 2014 RAV4 LE lease and leasing a new 2017 Corolla XSE. My product advisor was Sherifa Carmicheal. Sherfifa answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the options the Corolla XSE offers. There will always be negative equity to add to the lease or purchase of a new vehicle when you break a lease early but David Marshall made a fair offer. Absolutely amazing. I bought my Toyota Corolla I M. in less than an hour, I got amazing service, everyone worked in a team and I even had my car dropped off to my house. This experience was pleasant and I wish buying shoes was this easy. lol.
