Great customer service!! Just had my new car serviced at Whitby Toyota and had Tara Parsons as my service advisor and could not have been any happier with the great customer service she had to offer. Her knowledge of the brand was very helpful. She was very detailed in explaining all the services that they provide and how they work and she is a pleasure to talk too. They had what i wanted. And made it fast I was out looking to buy a second hand vehicle for my step daughter. Whitby toyota was my first stop. amazing service John Lee was the sales person who sold me my 2017 Toyota Camry Le. He was very pleasant to deal with. He helped me get the financing to purchase this vehicle. Totally amazing auto sales experience. This man Gary Brown totally lived up to his reputation as an honest and down to earth gentleman who totally knows his trade. A completely amazing customer experience in the matter of a couple weeks in dealing with him. There was no pressure or leading us in a particular direction.
