Straight Forward and Simply....TOYOTA I recently leased a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna LE, replacing a previous lease from the same dealership which was a 2014 Toyota Sienna SE. Even though I went one trim level lower I am still very happy with the new van, because of the added 30 more horsepower and increased transmission from 6 to 8 gears. A better experience My car buying experience in past years has been stressful. No matter how good a deal you made, you always felt that you were beaten up after leaving the showroom. That was not the case with this dealership or with Gary Brown, the salesman. He was patient with my shopping around and eventually got the deal. He was very thorough upon car delivery. I would recommend Whitby Toyota and Gary Brown.

My first time experience and it amazing! I recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota Highlander from a small car dealership and I wasn't 100% confident in my purchase as the vehicle was showed 2 accidents on the car report. Fantastic Customer Service Our recent visits to Whitby Toyota, although quite far from where live, have been well worth the drive. Our salesman Shawn was very friendly, honest and helpful. We were in our new vehicle in a short amount of time and had what we wanted and more. I love the new vehicle and we will definitely be back when it's time for a new one!

Amazing Service and Very Fair with Costs I had Tara Parsons, Service Consultant, today as she was great. I am a single mom and trying to save costs. My 10 year old Prius would not start in the morning and had to miss an appointment. CAA came and gave the car a boost as the battery died. I drive it to Whitby Toyota and they were going to charge me $19.99 to see why the car wouldn't start. Tara was amazing and got two Toyota mechanics involved to see what the problem was. Best Vehicle Purchase experiance Cameron was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new GT 86. All questions i had he answered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Knowledgable and helpful sales staff. Bought my first Toyota Camry in 1988, traded it in 2002 for another. Have found these exceptionally reliable. Whitby Toyota is a smaller dealership, but is friendlier than the larger places. We purchased a new Camry Hybrid here and theven experience has been top notch.

Helpful and considerate Shawn helped my husband and I during a stressful period. We had to find a vehicle that would accommodate a wheelchair and that my husband could transition into from the chair. He was patient with my husband and myself as we tried out different cars and crossovers. He found the perfect Venza for us and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks so much for all your help.
