I chose a 1 star rating as there were no minus ratings available. After numerous stupid mishaps on their part I made it abundantly clear to the service department that I would NEVER set foot in this dealership again and I asked REPEATEDLY to be removed from their mailing list yet still get service notices. You will notice that the positive reviews are when they have SOLD a vehicle. Trust me; when it comes time to have that vehicle serviced or warranty work done the stars fade in a hurry!!!!

We purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue this past summer, switching from long time Jeep owners. I am so disappointed in this vehicle! The rear end gate has the foot motion so it enables the tail gate to open with a swish of the foot, which I thought would be very handy when carrying an armful of groceries. It has NEVER worked! Took my Murano in for service to have a faulty alternator replaced and 2 seals replaced. A $3000+ job. Upon completion of the ordered and required work, the service advisor called me to "advise" me that the vehicle needed an oil change and the tires were installed incorrectly(rotational tires). I declined those services because (1) my Murano was 4000k SHORT of the recommended time between changes and (2) the tires were in fact installed correctly. I wish there was a negative rating that I could use. Whether it was a service tech damaging my vehicle by driving it into the door when driving my vehicle out of a bay, trying to sell me an air filter when I had changed the one in my vehicle a half hour before arriving at the dealership, losing the cap off my brake fluid, telling me I could come in and have my battery replaced under warranty and waiting until I arrived to inform me there would be a 70.00 test first this place has been a gong show.
Tried to negotiate a car sale with this dealership the salesperson flip-flopped on his price so xxxxxxx much my head was spinning and then when I told him I was done speaking with him he repeatedly message me back. Phoned to speak to the sales manager told them that I had a bank draft ready to go and the sales manager hung up on me apparently he is not in the business of selling cars or customer service do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle elsewhere. Not that good anymore as used to be. They nice to you when you are buying, after that get ready for anything but fairness. That’s why most of the rates are one or 2 stars.
Problem solved. So we thought. Once we gave our down payment on the car and signed on the line we got treated like xxxx: they tried to issue a differnt bill of sale with a higher price, car was late on delivery, been two month and they still haven’t taken a payment. Never purchase through them, as what ever they promised you even on email ...after the keys handed over, everything they forgot and do forge documnents ...there GM Roy, Finance Manager Nick, Sales Person Doug, Service person name Paul ....all try to proof that we have cancel our contract ....which they cannot provide a proof. Never trust or buy anything.
Regrat going to that dealership I got my older truck serviced sales staff talk alot about diligence I let them know after the work done I'm leaving the city with my 7 yr old. The service that i got done a few weeks later it's making the same noise under the hood. They said if I have any issues with there work I need to pay them to refit the job that they did.
