Terrible Service Department I found myself in a situation last week where i needed a key cut for my 2001 Nissan Sentra by code as i did not have a spare. I chose to go to West End Nissan as 5 or 6 years ago they had cut a key for me in the exact same way. When i got there i was helped by a young lady at the service counter ( i didn't get her name but she had red hair in two buns and was wearing Nightmare befor Christmas tights). Learned a Life Lesson - NEVER TRUST WEST END NISSAN! I fell for a well orchestrated scam by West End Nissan. Traded in my 2013 for what I thought was a 2015 - the paperwork even said 2015! (that turned out to be a "misprint", but the impossible to decode serial numbers were for a 2014). When I went to talk to them about it - they were ready for me. Absolute joke Bought a “brand new” 2014 Rouge from this dealership and it has proven to be a huge mistake. Typical with poor quality dealerships, the salesman starts off nice enough in trying to “work you a deal” and then it goes downhill quickly from there. I have had to have my Rouge back in the shop FIVE (5) times for the SAME issues. ZERO accountability. Don't go to this place, they can make your life miserable The sales man name aly is such a jerk and liar. I traded my 2013 Rogue to 2014 murano. They said their gonna give me a good deal but it wasn't a good deal and found that im paying too much.they promised to deliver the vehicle to fort mc by tow truck but they drove it instead and ended damage the hood of my brand new Murano due to it was hit by the flying rock during the delivery . Shady!! We thought we were getting a great deal... Kept throwing in all these extras including free lifetime oil changes so we were like oh well why not.. Too good a deal to pass up. Well weren't we fooled! Called now to get an oil change and turns out we have to pay 2-500 each oil changes for some kind of maintenance package and you can oil get the free oil changes if you get the maintenance package... We were NOT told this when we bought...'soooo mad and disgusted with them right now.. What a bunch of crooks!

I put bad for everything but truth is it was not all bad so me and my husband decided to trade off are 2011 Nissan titan.I had sent it in to get and oil change and tire fixed they told us we needed new tires. So we said well what will you give us if we trade it in so we agreed they had the truck all along everything went threw not a problem. The sales guy was great the fiance guy was great so we go in to sign everything and the service guy comes back and tells us we have a 137 dollar bill for an oil change on the 2011 titan.... read more

Took my car in for a routine first time oil change, i was concerned with my tires because after only 6 months of me havin gmy car and driving only 1500 kms, they were bulging.. dangerously. I was told there was nothing they could do for me because they dont warrant the tires.. which makes sense.. but im a paying loyal customer and any help or advise would have been appreciated. Absolutely terrible. Promised I could keep the tires off my old truck, drove 3 hours to sign paperwork. Came home and they called me to tell me they can't do it and won't do it. Waste of my time as that was my only condition on buying the new truck. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Haven't heard anything good about this dealership. Bull.

I have not been more insulted or talked to more rudely than I have when I went to WestEnd Nissan. At first the sales person Peter was nice, but then VERY PUSHY and he called me every day for 3 WEEKS!! And I just can't say enough bad things about Richard, the sales manager. I think I talked with him a total of 5 minutes and he insulted me 4 times and was VERY VERY RUDE! I will NEVER suggest to anyone to go there! The owner should be ashamed!
