Not recommend Nissan! I just purchased my first brand new vehicle Nissan kiks 2019, Mr.Todd is my sales professional he did a great job and great services, But! After the next day my brand new vehicle won’t start! the Battery is Dead not working at all. 3 MALFUNCTIONS issues and the blind spot is not working! 5 issues with in 2 weeks! And don’t rust to finance manger who is Paul! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NISSAN! Go to TOYOTA!

Lied to my face Purchased a used truck from these guys. During the test drive I noticed the backup camera was not working, salesman (Gino) said they would look at it and definitely repair if I bought the truck (this was written on the sales contract) 2 days later go to pick up the truck. Gino tells me that their service department looked at it and it doesn’t have a backup camera, I need one with navigation for the camera to work, seemed odd but ok. Frustrating customer service Had our Nissan Pathfinder (2++ years old only) service for a transmission changed under warranty. We requested for a service vehicle as they have to order the parts that would take four (4) days to have it. But they said don't have available service vehicle, my husband just keep on phoning them as we have some appointments to go to and kids activities that needs transport but we don't have a car to use. Service Issue I recently took my Nissan Murano in to have a problem with the window fixed. Please note I have had all my servicing on this vehicle done at this dealership. The vehicle is now off warranty because it is 3 years old. The driver side window will not roll up any more! After having my vehicle for the day they told me the window motor and the regulator were gone. The quote was $900 and I would have to pay for the parts before they would order them. Terrible customer service First service I had done on my Nissan Rogue was October 2018. This was for a basic tune-up and winterizing, also had asked to have a duplicate key fob made. Was asked when I booked if I was going to need the shuttle service, I said yes! After dropping off my vehicle that morning I was told that the shuttle was out, but should be back shortly, well 1 1/2 hours later I went to service desk and asked what was happening and only then was told that the shuttle had gone out to the airport and was running ... read more

Lacks customer service etiquette The finance manager has zero customer service skills, is aggressive in his dealings, and lacks respect for women. I would encourage the leadership team to review its customer service principles with its members. I won’t return and definitely won’t recommend this location to anyone.

very bad sales deal and unprofessional sales men I had really bad experience with West End Nissan. I went to Nissan to purchased a old car, the sales person at their end keeps on changing the price of car which you pick up. they kept on changing the prices of the vehicles already advertised on their website. Salesman lied to me about the vehicle condition! I was interested into one of their used cars, it had 2 minor accidents on it's carproof, and another accident as advertised on the website. Called the salesman to get more info. about the car, I stated my question clearly about the car current condition, he told me It was repaired for what's on the carproof and the current condition was totally fixed regarding the advertised pictures on their website, as they didn't claim insurance on it. Service I just did change oil and asked to check my heating as there was a changes but I do believe that the coolant. I took my car and told me that its just the engine idle they even told me that they did my tire where in I checked before and after but it wasn’t maybe because i told them not to do the major check that cost 600$$$? Before buying car make sure to understand the package in regards to warranty for change oil etc. cuz it’s not true.
