I have been coming here for 9 years with my Nissan Juke …. I have had some exceptional service and some not so good. Today is the day the service was not ok…the car came in at 9 …it’s now 2:45 …. When I asked about the car he was rude and I was dismissed by Keegan the service centre rep.
I bought a 2024 pathfinder sv, noticed that when the weather got colder and I put the heat on, passenger side is blowing colder than the driver side, told my salesman that what's going on and took it in twice but for some reason nissan can't replicate the same thing, I advised them to take the car out of the drive but it hasn't been done, I guess they want me to spend 53000 $ and die in the cold alberta winter with my family in the vehicle, It's not like I am asking for a new vehicle just fix the issue, if u can then don't s... read more
Never buy a vehicle from this Nissan dealership! Horrible service and they take advantage you! Charges you for things that you don’t need!!! Bad service all around!
I was had to move to another Nissan dealer because I have the same part fixed 4 times in less then a year. All it was is a seal for the air conditioner line. I was also spoke to extremely rudely by service girl there and found her to be completely non professional. I would not return to this Nissan for any reason at this point.

Very bad customer service in service it took them 6.5 hrs to do tire swap and oil change I was told 1.5 hrs at the time of making appointment and it changed to 4 hrs at the time of drop off and than 6.5 hrs by the time I got my vehicle back They called me and told me to pick up in15 minutes and when I got there it took them another 45 minutes to make my vehicle ready and on too of that they were approaching each and every customer to give them a good review by the end of the month well if you need good reviews you better giv... read more

I found the dealership to be crowded and loud Joy was I found the dealership to be crowded and loud Joy was absolutely amazing. Her sales manager however was not. From the time I met Joy I felt she actually cared about us and had our best inters In kind. When we left I felt she was one of the greatest sales people I have met. Shawn the sales manager came out and met me, however when it came to making a deal, he did not leave his office. And I felt he was rushing us out because we were wasting his time.
