Extremely frustrating experience Put a deposit down for a 2017 Pathfinder with a deal all ready to go just to receive a phone call later stating the car is not available. But was nice enough to try and get me a different color which I accepted. Beware. Shop around for service prices at other dealers No issues with the quality of the service or their frontline personnel. BUT Wow. $54 higher than other Alberta & BC Nissan dealers for the same routine oil change & inspection. Looking at their charge rates for oil-products, I think the customer could purchase their synthetic oil product for them cheaper & charge them for your time. rude salesman salesman, was too busy to show us three cars we requested to see. end up showing us only one because of missing keys. and suggested buying a new car because used cars are waste of money
"Fell through the cracks" That was what I was told when the Service Center fail to call me to let me know if the parts for my 2015 Pathfinder was in. I would think that after purchasing a brand new vehicle that had small scratches that they would be more helpful in getting these issues fixed; however the service department not only ordered the wrong parts but they kept making excuses for not having the parts in on a timely basis. Worst Technicians Ever I bought New Nissan Rouge but it started giving several problems from very first day. Again after 3-4 months another mechanical issue came up. I recommend better not to buy from this west end Nissan. You will be cheated with pricing as well. Think of buying a new vehicle and what if it starts giving problems in the very first year. Its so annoying .
STAY AWAY I bought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in November 2015.Not impressed at all. It has been a fight with this dealership since the day after I picked up my SUV. Great service.... Until they have your money I had a used Nissan vehicle (private sale) inspected here because the previous owner had all his service performed here (pre-purchase inspection). I also asked them to check for a couple different problems I had noted. Their inspection report indicated a lot of maintenance items that the had been neglected, and a missing part. Worst Customer possible! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Xterra last month & the Service I received was TERRIBLE ! Worst I ever came across & the General Manager Kensie will Very Sweet Talker but I didn't need that,I needed Excellent Customer Service .. Which I never received ...Please if you are a customer stay away from this dealership .. They want your Money but you as a valued Customer are nothing after the Deal is Done.. Service Lapses At this WE NIssan Dealer - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had a rear wiper fixed by them and discovered after I had picked up the car and brought it home that the side panel inside the car was left unbolted! no quality control. I had to take it bakc toget it fixed. I recently took my x-trail in for an oil leak and they BROKE the cover that they had to open to fix the leak and now are refusing to replace it.
