Mediocre - good experience The majority of our experience with your dealership was great. Aside from the mix up on your financial end of our original deal in purchasing our 2015 Titan where a deal was signed at a stated price that included a starter, warranty etc. and was later addressed as a screw up in your financial branch. This led myself and my spouse to be very unsatisfied and left without a vehicle with a new baby. Great experience, easy and friendly dealership, no BS Wicked dealership! I dealt with Jordan in upgrading a Titan to a newer model and it was pretty painless. Normally you're at a dealership for hours on end but they really set forth a no BS, good deal up front with minimal back and forth. Jordan was friendly, very helpful and genuinely interested in working with us to get us into the best deal possible for us. We walked away happy and under the budget.
