Great customer service! I had to do a door recall on my 2009 Nissan Rogue, I had called different locations and was told no one could do anything because it was "already fixed" before. I called Nissan West and expressed my concern that it was my driver door and I did not want to pay for this since it was recalled and it also happened to my passenger door already. When I came into your Dealer I was approached by a smiling welcoming Ray Bond. He was confident in the knowledge he was sharing and I would more than love to deal with him again. He listened to what I wanted and didnt just point me towards any vehicle. Not only good looking but smart, positive, AMAZING personality and honest. Hard to find in todays society. Lovin' my Maxima. I have purchased at least 11 new vehicals over the last 23 years and have never had such a positive experience. After a failed attempt to get contact via the Nissan website, I phoned to speak to a salesperson. Peter was very apologetic and put me in touch with Tony. When I arrived to test drive a new Titan, Tony had it ready for me and it was apparent that he wanted to do business. My experience with the sales manager lady was profoundly disappointing. Due to a communication error on the dealer's part, multiple customers were interested in the same vehicle simultaneously, leading to overlapping test drives. Upon returning to the dealership after our test drive, she abruptly snatched the keys from my hands and without a single word and immediately turned around to hand them to her client for their test drive. West End Nissan in Edmonton has no business being in business. There is absolutely zero after care once those vultures receive money for product. Not what you would expect from a "professional" atmosphere!!! I never wrote a review for a vehicle sale before as I have not bought a New truck in over 20 years. Didn't have to. The dealer just took care of their customers. Boy, has it changed!! Would NOT recommend West End Nissan.
