In January 2016, my wife and I purchased two Toyotas from Mayfield Toyota: a 2016 Highlander and a 2016 Camry. Will recommend buying a vehicle from Mayfield The people working there actually cares about the customer. They will not try to sell you something you don't need. The salesperson I dealt with (Carson), was professional, helpful, but most importantly genuine and honest. When I went to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready to go :) They delivered what they promised.
Internet Sales Experience I recently went through the process of trying to trade my Highlander for a 2016 Tundra. My first contact was with Hannah Weller an internet sales coordinator, I was actually surprised how smooth this process did work. There was lots of email and texts that went back and forth trying to get the numbers and right vehicle. Hannah was not pushy and was professional in all aspects of the deal. Mayfield Toyota Service The service at Mayfield Toyota is amazing. The staff are always very helpful and very good a helping new employees. Mayfield Toyota goes above and beyond in service department which is greatly appreciated.
Fabulous service I had problem with my tires and sensor, my original dealer didn't do anything for me, kept saying it is okay. Got it to Lester who ensured me that this should be an easy fix and will not take long. Sure enough, everything was done within 1 day and cost was very very reasonable. THANK YOU LESTER
First oil change 8000 km We were notified by phone that are oil change was due and scheduled an appt. James at the service desk was very pleasant and professional throughout the checking in process. He was very knowledge and answered all my questions. Had them do the detailing service $75 and to me it was worth it....vehicle was like new. Thanks Mayfield for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them
Efficient and timely All employees are freindly and efficient and the work is always completed with in the specified time. Everything is explained before and after servicing and suggestions are made for future maintenance
