I was impressed with the service centre. They were all friendly, efficient and thorough and found out information I was looking for.
I have had some issues lately with my Sienna 2007, specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks concerning the car issues. MJ Rizkalla informed me that the transmission pan gasket was smashed and that it was pressing on the transmission filter and causing damage to the gears. A hanger bearing also needed to be replaced. MJ Rizkalla was very helpful and friendly in explaining this. Took my car for service, gave a time of when it would be ready and he delivered on time.
I was in toyota town for a regular maintenance and tire swaps for two vehicles the past two weeks. As always, Firis Sharif attended to my needs. His customer service is always top notch which is why I bring both my toyota and non toyota vehicles to him. I know he will always try and accommodate me in any which way possible. What I love the most is the way he lays out all options with issues you may have making sure the customer can make the best decision for themselves. Keep up the good work Firis!
