Particularly pleased with Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous. Dennis was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to demonstrate how to select the dashboard display, a nagging problem for believing that a special tool was required. Dennis further demonstrated initiative in walking to my chair to show me my dirty cabin filter. I must admit the service I received was fantastic. I was kept informed all the way through the service that was being done.
