This is our 5th Toyota from ToyotaTown so there is a good reason that we keep trusting them for our vehicle needs. With little or no waiting time, I think we made another great decision to shop Toyota and especially the treatment we received by Sylvia Donovan. Hopefully Covid-19 will soon be behind us and we can return to “normalacy”.

We have been a customer of this Toyota dealership for 12 years and have had an excellent relationship with service, finance and especially sales. We have had 2 RAV4's and have upgraded to a Highlander XLE AWD and are very happy with our new car. Gwen Jones in the sales department is very professional and personable, she had made it all happen with all our leases. If anyone is new to the dealership I would highly recommend Gwen.

I have been dealing with this dealership since 1999 and very happy with purchases and services. My last purchase on July 30 2021 was a new Rav 4. Love it. As stock was down, I was hoping for a hybrid but still happy with my purchase.
Thank you Todd Servant for your thorough explanation of the maintenance of our 2021 RAV4. The maintenance was completed in very quick time. Todd had Joe Moniz drive it to ensure everything was just right as our front brakes were squeaking when we backed out of the garage. Joe also was fantastic in taking the time to explain the brake issue. Both Todd and Joe get our 5 star rating. Thanks!
