This dealership is the closest to our new home, after relocating from GTA. I brought in for various reasons 2 cars in a span of 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the service received. I have taken my Highlander to Toyota Town for four years and have no complaints whatsoever. It is very helpful to be greeted by a service advisor such as Jason Steuer who had my entire vehicle service history when he greeted me. He explained what scheduled services were past due and what were due as well as exactly what each involved and the reason for it with no pressure to accept any. It is not just Jason who is cheerful, all the service staff seemed to have popped a happy pill
Todd is the definition of what a consummate professional should be at what he does dealing with people all day. He called me after I dropped my truck off and explained in detail what needed to be done for my service and was incredibly thorough in making sure I knew what my options were. When I went to pick up my truck later that day, I witnessed a customer who was so happy with him for how she was treated that she gave him a big hug! Great work Todd. You are definitely an asset to the Toyotatown team.
Very helpful. They were very upfront about the current delays in ordering vehicles. That was fine with us as we knew that was the current situation but other dealerships were evasive. I very much appreciated the honesty. AS chance had it, we were able to take receipt of a vehicle in a matter of weeks because of an order being cancelled.
