Having hit a large pothole, I had ToyotaTown service check our 2017 RAV4. No damage but I did have the alignment corrected. Dennis Dabous was the service advisor, and he kept me up to date on all stages of the work. I believe that this dealership has a great service department and I have never experienced any attempt to upsell unnecessary parts or service. I recommend it.
