Generally very good and responsive. Service is usually acceptable, and service staff have always been helpful and transparent.
Traded in my car for a new Prius Prime and was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish! Sylvia Donovan was my salesperson and was great at returning emails and phone calls and providing updates and information regarding my new vehicle. Janine Feenstra who completed the financing was also great to work with. Very happy with my car and was pleasantly surprised with how early it came in, given the current circumstances.
One cannot find a more reputable, customer conscience vehicle experience, highlighted by the quality of their product.

Had 2007 matrix in for transmission flush - had great service and noticed a puddle on driveway few weeks later - thought it was transmission fluid - called service advisor and they sent someone over to the house to check. It ended up being oil and they took it in and put new filter on and changed oil. Very impressed with service and how friendly and efficient they were!! Thanks to Dennis and the tech he sent out (sorry, forgot his name)
