Toyota Town is an excellent dealership- fantastic customer service - friendly staff who are very efficient and helpful- great place to go for all your service needs.

We have dealt with Shawn L. before and always find him enthusiastic, informative and friendly. We would always ask for him to be our sales rep. in the future. The only slight glitch in our experience was this; and it is not, I'm sure, related solely to Shawn. All sales reps. should ask the customer, if the deal involves trading in a vehicle which has been serviced at ToyotaTown, if they have an appointment scheduled for an annual change over to winter tires (or vice versa) which are being stored by the dealership.
