This is my sixth leased vehicle with Toyota Town London. Three of those vehicles were the RAV4 and Sylvia Donovan has been the gal I deal with and will always request her. Toyota Town is truly the most trust worthy dealership I have ever dealt with. With someone like MJ Rizkalla who is a very knowledgeable guy and knows exactly how to treat customers with a professional manner, it’s a pleasure doing business with them. We have dealt with Toyotatown for many years now and this is our 4th vehicle purchased from Toyotatown (even their second location) and have felt confident in their integrity in dealing with us throughout each transaction. We have also felt well taken care of each and every time we have had service department appointments both in terms of regular maintenance and when we have had more urgent issues. In general this dealership prevails in professionalism which instills a feeling of confidence at all times.

I ordered a RAV4 prime they were good but told me there is a waiting list that could be several years hopefully it won’t be that long
Jason Steuer, Service Advisor, gave us good service and we were very appreciative to receive fast service and have all our concerns addressed. Keep up the good work! Thank you as well to the worker who got us an appointment the same day. Our battery was dead so a quick repair was important to us. Very pleased with the warranty on Toyota parts.
Nicest experience buying a new vehicle. Gwen was most helpful, a great sense of humour and did not rush us on our decisions. Very patient going thru the cars many features. Wonderful lady! Ken also very nice and again did not rush us, took the time to explain and answer questions. Hopefully the service dept. are as nice.
