Horrible Customer Service I called last week and booked an appointment to bring my 2014 Tundra for oil change and service, I showed up the day of my appointment but they couldn't find my information and they tried to make me come back next day. I refused because I took time off work and can't do the same next day. I took my 2001 Toyota Echo into Sun Toyota on October I took my 2001 Toyota Echo into Sun Toyota on October 16th and November 8th of 2013 for extensive service which, when completed, amounted to almost $4000.00 ( yes, that's right; ALMOST FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ! ). Right when I talked to Sandeep all I could feel was dishonesty, greed, and selfishness. We are ALL trying to make a buck and survive. Disgusting experience. Makes me wish I went with another car make.

I purchased a RAV4 from Sun Toyota, Today, I had my RAV4 for service. When I called to book for service, they mentioned that the service would be under 5-year service coverage and I wouldn’t need to pay. When service was done they gave me a $190 invoice. I was not happy with that and talked to their service manager and latter to their general manager. They did not accept. They really misled me didn't give me full inormation about what I was going to be charged. I won’t go back and won’t recommend this centre at all.

I went twice at this dealership 1st for buying and than for a minor tyre repair. Both the times I felt as the employee behaviour as they are doing a favour to talk to me. It was not a very good experience. It's there job if they cannot do it than don't take the job. Disgusting. Only the lady at cash counter is wonderful and know customer service.

We dropped by Thursday before noon to look at a Highlander which we were considering purchasing. We sat inside one inside the dealership and after 20 minutes no one bothered to approach to ask if we needed help. There was at least one salesman walking around but he avoided eye contact with us. We left and I was quite upset and called to speak to a sales manager. He claimed they were busy despite what I said about no eye contact from this salesman walking around.
