A quality experience from the start. They replied to my Internet inquiry on a used Sequoia right away, listened to what I was hoping to get for my trade, and came up with a great trade on a vehicle that exceeded my expectations when I went to pick it up. I've had some sketchy experiences at some other Toyota dealers, and to be honest, I was ready to start looking elsewhere. I'm happy that Kingsway did it right, and I'll be sending my friends there first.

Extremely friendly and approachable dealership. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They had a large stock available and were eager to find what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend shopping there and will be returning to conduct business there at a future date.

Having issues with transmission and electronics. Called up salesman (Stefan) and he tried to help. Brought in truck, they gave me loaner and they are looking after the service to get me back to normal. Thank you very much. When I bought the tundra in March 2011, I was a returning customer. Stefan and Len put together everything I wanted and came up with a good deal. I was very satified.

Stefan Lojek was extremely helpful, very informative, and personable. He took the time to answer all my questions and offered suggestions concerning my needs, provided a booklet on the Rave 4. A test drive was set up promptly without multiple restrictions. I would highly recommend Stefan as i felt no high pressure to close a sale. From my first phone call to the day we took our new Toyota home Stefan was very helpful and easy to deal with. Very friendly and as a female was treated with respect. Pricing was reasonable and feel like I got a deal. Would recommend this place to my friends.
If you want a personalized car buying experience, this is not the place to shop. Some great employees, but you are handled, with no follow up from management. Needless miscommunication and factory churned out customer feel. Avoid purchasing here at all costs. Reaching out to staff and management solves nothing.
I bought a vehicle from this dealership in December 2025. Right after purchase, it needed major maintenance and was not ready to sell. I reported the issues immediately, but they still haven’t been fixed. I paid a high price and expect a proper solution as soon as possible.
