As soon as I walked in the door, everyone that I interacted with that worked at the dealership was very friendly, made me feel important when they were working with me. On my second visit, the employees i interacted with on the first visit said hello, and called me by my first name, made me feel like i was not just another sale.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating they explained or got explanation for the vehicle i chose the finance was equally good at explaining the extended warranty and finance rate and terms
Fantastic Dealership! Made a phone call, told them what I needed, they delivered, price, customer service...excellent! Drove away with new car 3 hours after talking to them! Ben took us to registries, Thejus gave us the price we needed and was honest and straight forward, Mike did the financing and made sure all the paperwork was ready for insurance and registries. No pressure, just good business!!
WARREN WAS A FANTASTIC SALESMAN...... THERE ARE ALOT OF AGGRESSIVE SALESMEN OUT THERE AND TRUST ME I HAVE EXPERIENCED MY FAIR SHARE WILL LOOKING FOR MY LAST NEW CAR.... I went in to Kingsway Toyota to buy a used vehicle and I am so happy that I did. They made my first big purchase quick and easy. They were able to get me a good interest rate that my bank could not. Best of all they were able to make my payments LOWER then I had expected them to be. All the staff are friendly and really do their best to ensure you have a good experience.
