I appreciated the honest straight forward answers to my questions. Thejus was very personable and I felt that he was looking out for my best interest as a consumer. Maja was also very friendly and helpful. They make a great sales team.
As much as my wife and I loved our little cars, it was no longer practical for our new acreage (read couldn't make it up the slope of my driveway in winter). Maja was very helpful in showing us the vehicles and ensuring we had the vehicles that would suit us best. Thejus Swamy (new sales manager) found us the best rates for our two vehicles. Very accommodating. He worked after hours to make it work for us. Professional in every way as you would expect from toyota. All the staff that I came in contact with were very helpful and very courteous and overall I was impressed with the service that I received. You will notice however that the price rating I rated as 'bad' , not because of the actual product which I am very happy with, but because of the fact that the admin fee, anti-theft, nitro and tire&rim were not mentioned, as I recall, until I was asked to sign the bill of sale.
