This is literally the worst car dealership in the world. If you want to be lied to, ripped off, get your money stolen, and even get threatened to die. Come here, if you want a normal experience buying a car GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Take my word for it.
This is the worst customer service place I have ever been too. I literally left and went to the Kanata Location. I met some really friendly people at the KANATA LOCATION
One of the salesman threatened to KILL ME! He also threatened to steal my money. This was all for literally no reason. He was being extremely racist and was saying phrases like "I dont deal with people like you" What disgusts me most is that hes still employed here even after I called the police. I am currently speaking with CBC news . I also have 100% proof because I caught it all on film.
I have purchased 4 vehicles through Tony Graham Toyota. I will not return due to the Service Department. They complete work after I specifically stated not to. I picked up my 2017 Tacoma in late November. In March every time there was moisture on the roof I had a flood in the back seat. I was told it was the sunroof which I had yet to open then the back window which I had yet to open. I recorded the rain flowing inside the cab. Turns out the upper brake light was cracked. Tony Graham Toyota has gone downhill. No customer loyalty anymore. Extremely poor experience. I will never buy from this dealership ever. The worse bunch or crooks.
Rude and misleading. In 2015 i bought a brand new Toyota Corolla LE and my mother bought a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from this dealership on the same day. My sister bought 2 brand Toyota Corollas from here back to back. Needless to say, we as a family have been loyal to Tony Graham. However i m so dissapointed in this place now that i traded in my 2015 Corolla for a 2014 VW Jetta at VW Myers in Kanata within 3 days of the rude and dissapointing treatment. Promotions They put on a promotion saying if you buy a new vehicle you get a free I pad, when you pick up your vehicle they tell you that they are out and a shipment will be in the next week but that's the last you hear about it.

Staff helpful but some problems We were impressed by the amount of time Nicole and Luis spent with us, answering our questions in detail, and in Nicole's case in the test drives that we took with three different vehicles. Tony Graham used to offer great customer service I will not be going back for my next Toyota. Pay careful attention to your contract. Check and make sure all features purchased are included before you drive away. On a 2017 Tacoma I paid extra for undercoating. I checked the first time I had it in my shop to grease it. No undercoating. On my 2013 Tacoma I was sold heated seats and satellite radio. Little did the salesman know the heated seats were not offered in extended cab only double cab models.
