Excellent service!!! I was suggested by my many friends to try Tony Graham Scion Toyota (Merivale Rd. Ottawa). I did not regret going. Knowledgeable sales person helped a lot - we got a very good deal.
Great experience and great ride! My wife and I were shopping for a vehicle b/c we have a big dog and a baby on the way. We needed something with some extra room! The dealers were all really great at Tony Graham, but our dealer (Tan) was especially good. Everything was well organized and fast, and we left with exactly what we wanted. Thanks Tan!:)

Great Service My experience at Tony Graham was most positive. Tan Vo was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered my many questions in a straightforward and amiable manner and I did not feel any pressure to make any decisions hastily or that I was not comfortable with. Jay Routliffe, whom I dealt with for my previous Toyota purchase, was his usual congenial and competent self. I would highly recommend Tony Graham Toyota for an automobile purchase. Very good service, straightforward agent. I had a very good experience at Tony Graham and particularly with Hong Fu, the sales agent. She was very straightforward, hard-working and honest, and worked very hard to get me the truck I wanted. She gave me the best deal I could find on my Tacoma, and delivered it ahead of schedule. All the way from Sudbury We purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra SR5 Off road and had the most amazing experience at this dealership. Top notch. We came all the way from Sudbury to Ottawa to buy this truck. The service was excellent from the front desk, sales people, and especially our sales guy Tan Vo. Outstanding! Tony Graham was a breath of fresh air and incredibly professional. The previous dealership I dealt with was a bad experience and coming to Tony Graham was like night and day. They explained everything clearly and I didn't feel pressured or nervous they would not fix the issue and make an excuse. They have a new lifelong customer with myself family and friends.
