booking a service appointment Attempting to make an appointment for a windshield repair/replacement I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes (I gave up at 32 minutes.) and was passed between least four representatives. I may try again later or try a different dealership.

Worst Service Ever Very bad experience and worst dealership ever. I got my Toyota corolla 2016 used one on Sep 29, 2017. I drove this car for two days start giving me problems, no oil was changed, coolant level was low, car was not even clean and my car steering was unbalanced and make noises while turning left. I went to dealership on 10/04/2017 for all this problems to fix and ask them if they did inspection before delivering the vehicle no document provided. We repaired the issues in a timely manner - which would have been rectified much quicker if you had shown up for the first set of appointments we set aside for you. Completely lost my trust I was very disappointed by this interaction throughout. The dealership tried to sell me an extended warranty on the car, when it had been paid before by the previous owner. This would have given the dealership 100% profit on the extended warranty had I fell for it. Then upon delivery, I noticed dents on the car and chips in the windshield that were not identified by the dealership. In order to transfer warranty from one client to another, we have a very small time frame to complete the transfer, unfortunately when you bought the car, that window of opportunity had already expired. Tony Graham reliability versus deception Staff was attentive and worked with me to resolve an issue on my trade in Rav4. They sold me a used Corolla at a fair price that has proven to be reliable. Bad customer services I purchase 2017 Toyota Sequoia made the deal for long remote stater when is available but I gues waited 7 month than told sorry Toyota does not make it. They do not want to composite me anything just credit cost of the remote.

Terrilble Sales department Sales people are not knowledgeable about the product. They keep bothering you with calls on the time when you specifically asked NOT to call. Sales rep lied to me about the pre-sale service that should have been included in the price - and it was never done of course. He was ready to promise anything to close the sale. Master of fraud They are selling used cars with their own price, but when we want to but our cars, they will say no it's not worth that much and they will sell them with price of soil. I don't trust them and I will not recommend it to anyone as they are swindlers

2017 Corolla XSE - Very frustrated Recently tried to purchase a new 17 Corolla from TG Toyota but without success.. Had previously purchased a Tacoma and RX 350 from TG Lexus since 2008. I was very disappointed with the minimal amount of negotiation room or willing to make a deal with me on the Corolla. I realize it is a new model year but I did not feel like a valued customer. I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

2012 Highlander Repair This past summer I took my 2012 Highlander in for repair, it took this dealership 2 visits to actually fix the problem even though, I gave them a detailed description of the issues, and all they had to do was take it for a test drive to "feel the issues", also receptionist (service desk) was quite rude, second time around.
