Very Satisfied! I ended up driving 45 minutes out of my way just to get the deal done at TG instead of going with a dealership 5 minutes from my office. The reason was our salesperson Jody. My wife and two daughters and I had visited many other dealerships. Jody was the only one who inquired about what my needs are and what my wife's needs are...all the other dealership's salespeople pretty much ignored my wife and kids. A positive experience I dropped in at a busy time and was made comfortable until I could meet with an employee. James Hum was extremely helpful and took the time to give me a test drive as well as a run down on the well organized process that the dealership uses. Leasing a new Vehicle On February 28th, we went into the dealership to look at the option of an early end-of-lease for our 2011 Rav4. We knew we wanted another Rav4 and my husband had spent some time online looking at options, so we were able to get right into negotiations. FRIENDLY STAFF I didn't end up buying a car here because they didn't have the color I wanted. It was a great experience though. When I am looking for another car, I will definitely go back their first. Also, I should have listened to the salesman. White is not a good color for a car in winter driving. My white Toyota acts like camouflage in snow.
Service and Recall 02.Jul.2014 It was a pleasure dealing with Greg at Tony Graham Toyota Service Department. The level of customer service that I received was excellent. Dealing with Greg changed my perspective about Toyota. Greg treated me with respect, he was very efficient and he handled my problem in a professional manner. My experience was excellent especially in contrast with the previous bad experience I had at Mendez Toyota when my car was scratched by the car placer in the Mendez Toyota’s parking lot.
