Went to dealer to pick up wipers for my Tacoma that I purchased at Tony Graham. After paying I went to showroom as I am interested in purchasing a new 4Runner and there was one on the floor. I stood in the sales area for 15 minutes while a half dozen salespeople walked past me several times like I was invisible. A couple of them were also in their glass offices and saw me but did not come out to assist. Horrible experience and will take my business elsewhere going forward.

The poorest service ever. For expressing I waited for 2 hours yesterday and left without service. Came after an appointment for lube today and the job is still not done. Will never come here ever.again. period.
I had a very disappointing first time used car buying experience dealing with Luis Martinez. After a test drive and discussing financing, the payments were going to be reasonable and so I made a deposit on the car. He called me the next morning to say that he had forgotten to include 88% of the tax in the agreement of sale. Toyota lost yet another repeat customer today and over what I thought would be an easy solution. It all started with a recall of all things but that wasn’t the issue, it was the lack of customer service. I’ve been reading other posts on here and wish I had before buying my Tundra because I probably would have decided not to. I had the worse experience with this car dealership recently. The only reason I will stay with them for one more season because I already paid for tire storage. When I came to change tires they were checking on the car and intentionally locked wiper on the back window and told me it was broken, even though it was working just a 20 min before.
