Pushy and condescending Sales person was nice enough. The assistant manager came in and tried to pressure me into committing immediately. He was pushy and offensive, to say the least. If you're set on a Toyota, I would recommend checking out Mendes. They were fantastic every step of the way!
Tried to get a price...ended up with BS Stopped in to get a price on Manager Demo 2015 Prius's that were in their show room... Ask reception, and they were very pleasant, but could give a price. A sales guy was requested...He sauntered over after 5 minutes, told me I need to pick which one I wanted, then he could go work out a price with his manager... New car warranty issue Hi, I have a 1 year old car ( 20,000km) under bumper to bumper warranty Purchased in Tony Graham Toyota, Ottawa, ON. The car came with Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. This week I lost pressure in the driver front tire when driving on a highway, it was inflated in seconds so the tire was destroyed. I managed to slow down and drive to the next exit. Hello, It is difficult to respond to this issue without proper details. We cannot investigate without having a VIN, cust name or number and so on. As for the tires, they were not installed by the dealer, they are Original Equipment and were on the vehicle when purchased. Tires are not covered by the standard Toyota factory warranty, but rather the tire manufacturer (in this case Michelin). Overpriced and scare tactics They tend to dramatize and exaggerate the work needed in order to generate work. We experienced this once again. Way too expensive, even compared to other Toyota dealers in the National Capital Region. The labor was estimated at 2.8. Somewhere else they billed just 2 units. Same applies for Drive Clean Test. Same applies for radiator test. They always need to charge more.

Second Tony Graham toyota rip off Quoted me $7000.00 to repair 2003 4runner. Told me vehicle needed numerous repairs including complete timing chain cam advance mechanism, Oil control valve, as well as numerous more associated parts. I was then told that the vehicle was not worth it HOWEVER the mechanic was willing to pay $500 to take off my hands... I Took 4runner to another garage and $400.00 later vehicle is fixed. PROPERLY. politely rude service reps Somebody said car repair cost = parts + labor + overhead + customer's ignorance + brand reputation. This guys charge too much for the customer's ignorance and brand reputation. On the the dealer website they keep only the positive reviews. My review was deleted the day it was posted.
Horrible management Management refused to pay for full damages made at servicing center. Floor staff are lazy and won't take keys from you, ask you to drive up, turn bends when there are obstacles that are obscure. Very unprofessional.
pushy pushy The lady I dealt with was pushy and didn't listen to me when I told her I wanted to pay cash. She kept trying to sell me on financing so I'd get a free year in their auto club. Ended up driving to Collingwood where I used to live and got a great day from great people who listen.
Collision center experience Had to take my car in 4 times to repair two small dents and a dent that occurred while at their location. Although everything was paid for, it was a waste of my time. I would definitely goes elsewhere for body repair.
