Worth the trip from Kingston...for a second time! This is the second time we've gone with Tony Graham even though we live in Kingston. Hong Fu is the best, and the whole team has gone out of the way on both purchase occasions to make the transaction easy with great sensitivity toward taking care of us and respecting our time. We're happy we went with Tony Graham again!

The Dealer You Can Trust!! We have just purchased our 2nd Rav 4 (2017) from the Tony Graham Toyota on Merivale Rd. We contacted several Toyota dealerships asking for the BEST price they can offer for a serious buyer. Out of all the dealerships we contacted, Guy Veilleux from the Tony Graham is the only sales person who gave us an actual deal price over a phone conversation (without making us to come to the dealership). Great Service Attitude and Delivery I encountered a sudden failure of the sun roof in my newly purchased Venza. Tan Vo, the salesman bent over backwards to get the vehicle into service. Jennifer the Sales Manager Oldford immediately took charge one I was on site and reassured me all would be taken care of. She and the Service Coordinator ensured the repairs were done in a week and provided a loaner vehicle. I was back on the road within a few days. Just great Service.
