Although our current vehicle, a Nissan Murano, is only two years old, we were interested in following up on an advised sales event. Paul was straight up and paid attention to both my wife and I. We had been kicking tires and became impressed with the Murano, especially after the test drive. Paul explained various pricing scenarios in a no BS manner as we drilled down into the details. A 5 week delivery delay ( we wanted an out of stock colour) was no hardship since we managed to chalk up about 7-8 thousand km on our trade - free kilometridge during this period. I found the team there to be very professional as well as courteous and receptive to our needs. They even remembered my favorite beverage and handed me one when I arrived. Excellent service overall and I would recommend them to family and friends.
