The reason why I am writing this review is because of the help and customer service I have received. I went through a tough divorce (its great now btw) and had some credit issues because of it. Derek took the time to explain the situation to me and helped me understand what I need to do today to get my credit back on track. For me the experience was unusual, in a good way, most dealerships aren't concerned about your credit, there more concerned about selling you a car.
