Chris was very helpful in assisting me with taking a look at a Scion XB, a car which I absolutely love!! He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with my questions. I recently purchased a used sequoia from south pointe and it was a very positive experience. Our salesman Harp Kahlon was very friendly, easy to deal with and was very knowledgable of the product he was selling. I would recommend Harp and south pointe to anyone looking for a quality vehicle for a great price.
I was impressed with the modern design and the cleanliness of this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Serge who was extremely meticulous and I was impressed by his professionalism. He never pressured me into buying the car right away. The whole experience was quite pleasant and I would give a solid 5 stars to both the car dealer and the customer service. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Serge to my friends and family.
Chris sold me a used Ford Edge and I love it! He was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions. I had a few mechanical troubles after the buy, but Chris and his sales manager Jamie took very good care of me. I would highly recommend Chris and South Pointe to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I bought rims, winter tires and a 2013 Corolla from South Pointe Toyota in the fall of 2013 and they put my hub caps on the new rims. This year they won't put the hub caps on because they say they don't fit. They fit last year on the rims so why don't they fit this year??? I would never of bought the rims if I couldn't put on my hub caps. I have tried to get this issue resolved since November and no one gets back to me. I have sent emails and several phone messages.
