We were looking for a new vehicle for a while. Not quite sure what we wanted. Nevin suggested vehicles and we test drove a couple until we decided on the Venza. There was no pressure even when we left for a couple of days to think about it. If Nevin didn't know the answer to a question we had, he asked for help instead of trying to muddle through on his own. Vehicle was ready as promised.
Wow I am very impressed not only with this dealership but with my salesmen as well. Shafik was very professional and made me feel like I was at home. As a lady I have been car shopping for 8 months and have visited various dealerships were I have felt extremely uncomfortable. Shafik not only listened to my needs he ensured all of them were met. I would recommended him to all my friends.
We went in looking to purchase a new vehicle, we had a camry in mind but whitney introduced us to the Avalon, which we had never heard of and it was exactly what we wanted. She was great to deal with, had a huge knowledge of Toyotas, the price was great and we were very satisfied with our service. We had to wait a short while for it to come from the factory but that was a very minor detail. Overall we were very impressed with our new car and the service!
