Derek Browning is a real treasure. It is rare to find in a sales person such a combination of good advice, knowledge of the product, and a kind and personal contact ... too often it is either one or the other. On the Service Department side, I really have to single out Jack Zammitti. By trial and error I learned quickly, and would never think of taking our car in for service with anyone else. Aways a friendly smile, attentive, careful in checking just what we need to have done, and what not.
1. Needed to replace Hatchback Spoiler on 2012 Prius. Chris Seagrove looked after me and I did not wait long for the work to be completed. 2. Needed oil change maintenance which Jack Zammitti had done before I delivered the car to Chris for the Spoiler work. Excellent service.
He had give me great service. He had offered me different varieties of selections. He was very friendly. And Over he was one of the best deales I had so far.

We needed a replacement car for a 2005 Toyota Corolla involved in a major collision. I give highest rating to this sales person because the service he provided was excellent. I was greeted warmly and showed a variety of choices that helped us make an informed decision about the product to buy. The product features were explained clearly. We got all the answers we needed.
My husband and I arrived at your dealership after previously visiting a honda dealer where we were snubbed.
