We have dealt with Benni twice now and both times Benni was very professional, and extremely helpful. She listened to what we needed and acted accordingly and efficiently. She had good customer service skills and tthe Toyota Way. We would definitely work with her again.
It was a good experience, great service overall, but i notice that on file you still have my old address, because when i read the receipt, it was my old address, i will just update it on my next visit. Which i thought was done on my visit as the service person did ask for my registration. Thanks.
