Friendly employees who ensure your needs are met during your visit there. A bit disappointing when you try to call the dealership and use their telephone menu to reach the service department. I left a message twice but didn’t get a reply until after the second message. I was told to come in any time to have my upholstery scotch guarded per my purchase agreement but when I arrived I was told I couldn’t have it done that day. My criticism is more of Nissan than the dealership but they sell Nissan so. I thought Nissan was a reliable auto maker but my vehicle has not performed as well as other makes I have owned. Pretty disappointing.
I have had a Nissan vehicle since 2002. I now have 2019 Nissan rogue I find the service department very unethical. I am always charged for my oil changes even though I have a contract for free oil changes. Every single time I have to tell them to get the charges removed. I have only 33,000 km but was told I had to have brake service which cost me over $1,000.00. I do not trust this service department to tell me the truth about my vehicle. While purchasing our used vehicle at Plaza Nissan we ran into many issues. We were lied to about price, and also experienced horrible salesperson tactics which left us with a horrible experience. We never wanted to return. Nissan apologized for this and we eventually purchased the vehicle. We had a 30day time period to let them know of issues with the car that they wouldn’t have picked up on safety. Vehicle was taken to my mechanic after purchase, and needs over $2,000 of additional work that was not outlined by sales rep.
Stay away! !! Sales manager is arrogant and greedy. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. Sales Rep/product advisor was ok to deal with. Went to another Nissan dealership and was treated respectfully, very much unlike at Plaza Nissan.
2 times I tried to contact online for a appointment booking. But no response from the dealer. Now going to take a Mazda instead of Nissan.
I bought Yokohama Snow tires in late fall. After I paid for them the service centre guy walked me out to the car and said “they put another brand of tire on Your car by mistake but they are the same quality.” I had never heard of those tires. I said I wanted The Yokohama Tires I ordered. The receipt given me stated 4 Yokohama tires NOT the tires he put on my car. He tried to convince me but eventually changed them to what I ordered. Don’t buy here...they don’t deliver on what’s agreed upon n when called on it they’d prefer to lose a customer then make it right...bought 3 cars from here but no more...all over car mats none the less...that’s ok bc there’s plenty of car dealerships...even had my sister walk away from a car she was gonna buy here recently just on principal alone.
