The dealership has had a noticeable change in service since the change in ownership. It’s impossible to speak directly with the customer service team in house and the outsourced team is not dealing with up to date information. I am seriously considering going elsewhere
Dropped car off at 945am for scheduled diagnostic appointment. No update until I contacted someone at 130pm as no one had answered the phone between 1130-115pm to learn that my car had not been in the shop yet. Was then told it would be done first thing the next morning as it would only take an hour for the programming. Picked my car up at 330pm the next day when I received the call. Work appears to be fine but communication was awful this time around unfortunately.
A few days after leaving the service center, my car gave me a warning to go to the service center. My tires pressure was very high. I called and emailed them, but I couldn't reach them, so I had to go to another mechanic again. I won't be visiting them again. They've lost a customer.
I sent my car for services. There was a day delay in returninv my car and ghe cost at the end was nit even close to thr estimate
The financial side of things was supposed to take 45 mins, but took three hours !
Each time I have visited this dealership there has been an issue. This last visit was a booked appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be approx. an hour and told them I would wait. I had an error to run across the street so said I would be back. I returned in an hour and was told my car was not yet ready, and that it should only be another 20 minutes. I said I was waiting and moved to the waiting area. I checked in after 20 mins and it still was not ready. Had to wait almost another 20 mins to be handed the keys.... read more
Worst dealership so far, dirty, tiny and outdated. They could not change oil in my car due to some tools missing which they had to reorder. Crazy eh? For an oil change! Spoke to manager he apologized and promised to call back asap to reschedule my appointment, its been 10 days still no call. Worst dealership ever, manager should be ashamed for such bad management
Have taken my car there twice now and each time it has come back with an issue. The first time we left we realized pulling out the car tire pressure was low (stated it was checked) took to our personal mechanic who found 2 nails in the tire. The second time we took it for an oil change we turned the car on a few hours later to a dead battery (also stated on the report it was checked). Have called several times left messages and asked for a manger with no call back. Not happy.
Service department was unprepared for my appointment even though the manager had informed the service advisor of my concerns. Service advisor asked me which spring was being replaced so she could tell the technician since there are several springs, if the manager had spoken with her then she should have known. I asked to please be notified by noon if my car needed to be there overnight in order for me to make arrangements for the next day, she committed to calling me, I didn’t receive a call until 2:30 pm, too late for me to... read more
